Meagan Gwilt

Co-owner, RMT

Bio

Meagan graduated from WCCMT Victoria in 2016 and brings a thoughtful, movement-informed approach to massage therapy. She works with the general population and supports a wide range of needs—from desk-related tension and acute or persistent aches and pains to post-surgical recovery, relaxation, and nervous system support and regulation. Each treatment is tailored to help clients feel capable, supported, and at home in their bodies, while continuing to engage in the activities that bring purpose, ease, and enjoyment to everyday life.

With a strong foundation in yoga and as a kettlebell fitness instructor, Meagan integrates therapeutic exercise and movement education into her work. She enjoys helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence through accessible movement strategies that extend beyond the treatment room.

Alongside treating the general public, Meagan works with prenatal and postnatal clients and has a special interest in cesarean scar massage and rehabilitation. She also enjoys treating children, offering a calm and respectful environment that supports consent, bodily autonomy, and safe touch.

Outside of her RMT practice, Meagan can be found hiking, kayaking, or diving into a new sewing project.

Doug works primarily with fascia, muscles, joints and the nervous system to release tension patterns, reduce pain, heal physical trauma and encourage healthy alignment. He loves helping people find relief, and believes understanding anatomy is crucial to making lasting change.

Massage therapy is useful for treating a broad range of common symptoms, and clear communication about the goals of treatment is a great place to start. Communication is key to finding comfort on the table, navigating effective and enjoyable pressure, and using the appropriate technique to address clients’ goals. Doug is the type of therapist who loves a good chat, and is equally happy to work in silence.

Jessica Vivian

wellness Massage (Non-RMT)

Bio

Jessica’s interest in massage therapy began with her own experience as a patient. Massage played an important role in managing chronic neck pain from desk work, supporting her body through pregnancy, and helping her to recover from various running and soccer injuries. These experiences sparked a genuine appreciation for how massage can help people feel more at ease and connected to their bodies.

Jess graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2025, where she developed a foundation in anatomy and physiology. She combines Swedish massage techniques with trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, and myofascial release to create therapeutic and restorative treatments. Jess strives to help clients reduce pain, restore movement and reconnect with a sense of well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Jess enjoys exploring beaches and parks with her family, and biking through the city in search of tasty pastries.
